I came across Dr Fidal's website whilst I was searching for the Obagi treatment for some facial pigmentation caused by sun damage. We had a virtual appointment (due to Covid restrictions) and Dr Fidal was extremely warm and friendly. He did not rush me at all and he listened to all my concerns, answering all my questions. He then kept in touch throughout the programme to check my progress and he assured me that I could text or call him anytime if I needed to, and he always got back to me that same day. We had a final face to face appointment when restrictions lifted. I am so happy with my results and the care that Dr Fidal showed. I would definitely recommend him. - Lisa
